From what I've read, it'd result in slightly better consumption because of the cleaner fuel itself, but without the efficient burning of it in the actual engine it won't result in better economy.
That sentence might not make sense, but I understand fuel economy to involve money, in the end you're not saving anything without a proper tune because price per 100km on PULP compared ULP is still more expensive.
I may be wrong, this is just what I've read.
